Refund Policy

AHT&E Solutions recognises that there are circumstances when a student/customer may be entitled to a refund of paid fees. The Refund Policy outlines the eligibility for such situations.

The student/customer must recognise that when he/she pays the fees, a binding contract has then been created between both the student/customer and the education and training provider – AHT&E Solutions.

A refund may be processed whereby the request has satisfied the relevant fund requirements. Details of the relevant refund requirements are as follows:

Full Refund of All applicable Fees

To be considered for a refund, all requests must be made in writing and addressed to the Director or Operational Manager at AHT&E Solutions via the Refund Request Form.

In the event that AHT&E Solutions is not able to deliver a training program or to offer a consultation, a full refund of fees paid to date will be refunded. If a portion of the training Program is not delivered, the student/customer will be offered a partial refund of the Program fees relating to the underdelivered modules. You are required to complete a Refund Request Form to formalise this arrangement together with proof of identification, and Student Bank Details.

AHT&E Solutions may in its absolute discretion, refund some or all Consultation or Program fees where it determines that there are extenuation or compassionate circumstances beyond a student or trainees’ control.

All approved refund will be paid within 28 working days.

Important Information:

  • Training program commencement is the date upon which we receive program fees in full, or your deposit.
  • Commencement for Consultation is the time in which actual consultation with student kicks start.

Complaints and Appeal Policy

AHT&E Solutions treats all students and trainees complaints and appeals as a priority. A resolution dispute process will occur in a timely manner provided that AHT&E Solutions is informed of the complained or appeal. To us in helping to resolve a complaint or appeal, we request that the following procedure be followed.

Complaint or Appeal Procedure

 STEP 1:

Talk to an AHT&E Solutions staff member in person, via phone 0402846556 or email us on: admin@ahte.com.au.

If dissatisfied with outcome

STEP2:

Write down your problem and submit your formal complaint to the Director of AHT&E Solutions via: director@ahte.com.au.

If dissatisfied with outcome

STEP3:

If a complainant is dissatisfied with the outcome of their formal complaint, they may lodge an internal appeal with the Australian Hub of Training & Education Solutions Pty Ltd within 22 working days of receiving notification. AHT&E Solutions will appoint an appropriate person to committee (who is independent from complaint or appeal) to consult with the complainant and other relevant parties within 10 working days to reach an acceptable outcome for all parties involved in the dispute.
